Ignore gpg-agent sockets in gpghome.

New versions of gnupg create sockets in the gpghome directory with a mode of 0700. The recursive file resource attempts to set these permissions to 0600. This activity fails with Failed to generate additional resources using 'eval_generate': Cannot manage files of type socket
