Removed in https://github.com/voxpupuli/puppet-epel/pull/104 due to issues getting facts from facterdb working.

To use rspec-puppet-facts, we need a new release of facterdb that contains https://github.com/camptocamp/facterdb/pull/147 and also a fix to rspec-puppet-facts itself https://github.com/mcanevet/rspec-puppet-facts/pull/113

Those PRs are merged. Does that mean we can close this issue as resolved?
