Support for AJP

Adding support for mod_jk / ajp proxies would be very useful and already exists in the puppet-jira module.

Ill start working on it soon. I have migrated to the http proxy for the time being as it did not take much re-configuration on my end of things, however there is always value in options.

I just came across this, and had to dig through the code to get it to work. This needs an update to the README documentation for future users.
