Game fails to connect to gameserver

Describe the bug

When trying to join any game, the connection to the gameserver fails most of the time.

• The user is using a regular home connection in Germany. (IPv4 but no IPv6)

To Reproduce

1. Go to '...'
2. Click on '....'
3. See error

Expected behavior The game client should connection to the server and the user should be able to play normally.
