[DOCUMENTATION] Fiftyone on Ubuntu 22.04

Description of proposal (what needs changing):

At the moment fiftyone seems to work only with OpenSSL 1.1. On Ubuntu 22.04 only OpenSSL 3.x is through apt. Therefore, the line "On Ubuntu, libssl packages can be install with the following command: sudo apt install libssl-dev " should be replaced with something like "For Ubuntu 21.10 or older, libssl packages can be install with the following command: sudo apt install libssl-dev".
