This PR is just about compiling. @narno2202, actually this code `current_block->extruder` is yours, this PR only adds `stepper.` to it.

I'm not sure whether it's the same issue or not. I have cartesian printer, and axes just don't start to move. But enabling FTM in build doesn't harm, only turning...
