I think separating projects by technology (like making React second level heading) is a problematic approach:

• a single website can use many technologies at a time
• it’s not clear what to do with combinations like react + redux or angular + redux

I’d suggest using technologies not as a top-level sections, but as entry-level tags, like that:

• Artsy (source): React, Redux, GraphQL, Express, jQuery

As of writing this, I thought it may be better to make a table instead of list so that structure would be more clear. See alexpate/awesome-design-systems for example.
