As much as I would love to see CUDA on Intel Arc as an Arc owner myself, have you read the FAQ in readme?
What's the future of the project?
With neither Intel nor AMD interested, we've run out of GPU companies. I'm open though to any offers of that could move the project forward.
Realistically, it's now abandoned and will only possibly receive updates to run workloads I am personally interested in (DLSS).

I mean, he only tried to sell it to 2 companies, but he forgot about another customer.... the power of the people
I think Redhat would be silly not to pick this one up and get it to work with RustICL in the Mesa stack... https://docs.mesa3d.org/rusticl.html run ZLUDA on Mesa's NVK+RustICL for that peak liberating experience. :)
It's not impossible (as evidenced by an earlier ZLUDA version), but extremely unlikely. You'd need an organization that sponsors the development. It's probably not going to be Intel, because realistically, Intel didn't spend the last few years meticulously crafting their GPU ecosystem to be as difficult for porting from CUDA as possible to now give up
