#2213 is about formatting partitions, which perhaps could be a pre-requisite to having part of this FR about the parts of system disk given to workloads.

There IS a https://registry.bazel.build/modules/grpc but it doesn't define `@io_grpc_grpc_java` and is presumably only for https://github.com/grpc/grpc? I couldn't find any documentation what that module actually provides.

This fixes the bug described in #8. It was made part of https://github.com/java-json-tools/uri-template, which is the [most up-to-date fork](https://github.com/fge/uri-template/network). Ergo use `com.github.java-json-tools:uri-template:0.10` instead of `com.github.fge:uri-template:0.9` to have this.
