#160 and #12 contain a fair bit of information on troubleshooting Graphviz installs (which I personally have never run into, so it's never been a priority.) While I don't want to end up supporting Graphviz/Homebrew installs, I think there is value in pulling this info into a generic troubleshooting document or section of the README.
