After OS upgrade, RPI reporting to MQTT2HA is not working

I wanted to install this on the upgraded volumio OS but it is not working:

sudo systemctl start isp-rpi-reporter.service Job for isp-rpi-reporter.service failed because the control process exited with error code.

this is the process:

It worked before....
