Spotify - bitrate vs samplerate

In either case the sampling rate of the reconstructed audio is 44.1. So it's IMHO more informative to show the bitrate. I also noticed that it show a bit depth of 16 bit which is a bit of a lie. Lossy audio doesn't have a bit depth. The output bit depth is decided by the decoder. In fact outputting at 24 bit actually has the advantage of allowing for "bitperfect"-ish software volume at basically no cost even if the source was a 16 bit file.
