Websocket "pushCreatePlaylist" does not emit true or false as documented

Hi,

Documentation is bit off here, response to "createPlaylist"("pushCreatePlaylist") is actually list of all playlists, instead of { "success":true|false "reason":"failure details" } which is what documentation says
