HiFiBerry DAC+ module

The module required for controlling the HiFiBerry DAC+ (for use with RaspberryPi B+ models) is not automatically available. This requires one to manually add "snd_soc_hifiberry_dacplus" to /etc/modules

I think, I just updated the kernel with rpi-config and it worked.
