Is there any documentation that explains strength and blend?

Hi, I am experimenting with this plugin and I am not able to understand the how does the interaction between Processing Strength and Fix frame strength works.

For the Warp prev vs Currrent frame blend, I am assume it is a bias lever, where 1 is bias towards the original video frame and 2 is bias towards the previous (occlusion blended) frame?

Also does Fix frame strength at 1.0 basically disable all the blending functionality?
