Remove tuples when connection to meter is broken

Hi, I'm using vzlogger with local webserver to parse my meters using home assistant. I recognized when the meter connection is broken, the local webserver still publishes the last values. Is there an option to remove tuples for broken meters, so home assistant can recognize that the item is not available anymore?
