Evaluate the "duplicates" parameter for influxdb api

Currently, the "duplicates" parameter, which is recommended to reduce the amount of data [1], currently only works with the "volkszaehler" API. This pull request uses the same approach to reduce the amount of requests sent (via network) to the influx db, too.

No sorry, not yet :)

I set up vzlogger for the first time last week logging to InfluxDB. Now I'm trying to activate the "duplicate" setting, but it's not working and so I found this pull request.

Perhaps I will find time to test it next week, but that's not sure. Will give you feedback here if so! Thanks :)
