Ignore cookie when ?uuid[] is set

When using the uuid[] URL parameter the cookie should be ignored.

Otherwise it is not possible to use VZ in embedded iFrames with other uuid setting as set in the browser for the direct use of the frontend.

@bgewehr I can offer a partial fix for loading only. Unfortunately cookies are saved in various places. If it's ok to not fix those and only avoid loading the cookies that should be simple.

Loading without evaluating the cookie if an UUID URL parameter is given would be a valid solution.
