Use rusty-fork crate for test isolation

See #131, but the rusty-fork crate might be useful for isolating each integration test and allowing them to run in parallel. However, there is an outstanding issue related to the environment variables for testing and displaying captured output (https://github.com/AltSysrq/rusty-fork/issues/13).
