Feature Request.

[jklw10]

• Ability to modify tiles and connect them.
• Roundabouts.
• Gridless.
• Buildings that generate and eat cars :)

Main goal of this feature request is being able to simulate a hexagonal city design.

I might be a scarce on Github but I do respond if I'm around.
