Activate the same buffer after floatterm has been closed

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Supposed there is a window vertically splitted with two buffer and the right one is active. The terminal is activate toggling the floatterm a first time , then, after toggling again the floatterm, the active buffer result to be the one on the left.

It is possible to have the same buffer actived when the float terminal was toggled ?
