[DONOT MERGE] feat(model): support ARK model

This is just a draft PR for supporting ARK model SDK. This PR is designed for potential Responses API in Volcengine ARK.

  1. more strong tests
  2. messages parsing
  3. inference arguments
  4. responses API invocation method
