[BUG]: 活动窗口抓取功能受窗口最大最小化影响问题

### 🐛 Bug description [Please make everyone to understand it] Screen Monitor功能页中，Setting里的Choose what to record的功能中，自定义窗口选择会受窗口的最小化影响导致选取丢失。 1.独立的程序窗口最小化或者缩小到后台时，window区域中无法识别到被“隐藏”的窗口； 2.已选择的窗口，如果点击了最小化or关闭到后台，window区域同样会丢失已选择的窗口； 3.settings-window的可选项是非实时的； ### 🧑‍💻 Step to reproduce 1.Screen Monitor -> Setting -> Window中勾选自定义窗口； 2.保存Settings，关闭Settings窗口；...
