[BUG] Summarization Output is in Chinese Even When Prompts Are Set to English

🐛 Bug description [Please make everyone to understand it]

The summarization is generated in Chinese instead of English, even after setting the prompt language to English in the Debugging Panel.

Additionally, the default Prompt Language in the Debugging Panel is set to Chinese, even when the macOS system language is English.

🧑‍💻 Step to reproduce

1. Install the macOS release v0.1.3 with the OS language set to English. Even though the UI is in English, the default Prompt Language remains Chinese, and all generated summarizations are in Chinese.
2. Open the Debugging Panel at http://localhost:1733/settings and set the Prompt Language to English. After manually changing the default language to English in the Debugging Panel, the summarization is still generated in Chinese.

👾 Expected result

The summarization should be generated in English.

I would suggest set the default prompt language according to the system language.
