New Theme for the Website [ Docusurus ]
Hello mentors and maintainers,
I am an official mentee under the OSPP program, working on migrating the Volcano website from Hugo to Docusaurus.
To begin the transition smoothly, I have replicated the current website's theme using Docusaurus. You can view the demo here: https://volcanoweb.netlify.app/
Before I proceed with the pull request and continue further development, I would love to get your suggestions and feedback regarding the current UI and theme. If you have any ideas or preferences for improving the visual appearance or user experience, please feel free to share them.

I think that we can use a black font color of the titles instead of bule: )
The main color theme of volcano is orange red, so maybe we can change blue color to orange red, or we can chose another proper theme.
