upgrade Volcano related API version

What would you like to be added:

Upgrade API version of Volcano releated CRD

Why is this needed:

As the Volcano API evolves, APIs are periodically reorganized or upgraded. The following API is stable and has been used by many users in their production environment for quite a long time. It's time to evaluate the API evolves to a new phase.

Great! just curious, are we considering this to land in version 1.7? If so, we need to act fast as we also need to consider upgrades and validations in volcano and fabricio(java/scala sdk). In addition, v1beta1 will also be deprecated for a period of time and then dropped, right?
