Memory Image Not Acquiring

My project is to analyze Android RAM physical dump acquired using LiME tool. I am trying to acquire the image from a long time but no luck. For analysis I am using Volatility tool. Can anyone here can share their Memory dump with .lime extension so that I can complete my project. I will be very grateful to you.
