Enable `npm publish`

Hello :), thank you very much for the cool helper - I was just about to write something similar, before I had the luck to find your plugin. It saved me lot's of hours.

What do you think about also enabling the npm publish command via an option? It should be an easy and usefull addition and if you like I'm happy to also provide a PR for this.
