Fixed a couple of problems and also added a script to speed things up

Was finding that Youtrack wouldn't launch due to lack of ram as it was, and also was using the wrong port (80 vs 8000), which meant it was a little broken.

I also added a script, deploy.sh, to save on typing when running for the first time.
