#236 Add Void: Copy Prompt menu item to the explorer context menu dropdown

It handles text files and directories well. It does the classic strange symbols copy when copying binary files. Special casing for that seemed like overkill

Converted it to use an internal function for generating the prompt. This is cool, nice work!
