[App] Add customizable extension marketplace link

We should let users customize the extension marketplace URL in settings. Right now we're setting it to open-vsx inside of product.json's and not allowing changes (open vsx is not a complete marketplace, and some results are missing). We should move this out of product.json and into Void Settings.
