Default model format

Currently, FireVR supports exporting to both OBJ and DAE formats. Which one should be the default? Also, should this be a per-object or a scene wide property?

It's been a while since I've used it regularly, but at that time objs were more reliably interpreted by Janus, texture channels, etc.

UV image and texture support is now enabled for .dae files. Also added a file type hint to the list.
