There was an effort last year in #51735. I'll see about building on top of their work.

I'm already on it, I maintain cosmic Desktop with all components since alpha7, the update to Stable Release is done. But I will make sure, that everything on my templates, are good and not just okay

Looking forward to trying it, I have indeed installed your package before, on two different occasions even, but running start-cosmic never worked, i.e. I just ran the command, the command output nothing and the desktop never started. I hope this is going to work better now that the project is on a stable release.

Okay, thats weird, I've never heard of any case, where it didn't startet, if you try the newest version, which is in my custom repo and it doesn't start, then please open an issue on my codeberg or github and I will at least look into it
