Is this a new report?

Yes

System Info

Void 6.6.54_1 x86_64 GenuineIntel uptodate rrmFFFF

Package(s) Affected

Does a report exist for this bug with the project's home (upstream) and/or another distro?

Expected behaviour

touchpad on void linux is detected and cursor appears.

Actual behaviour

I installed void linux on a Chinese laptop which uses a hantix touchpad (which I detected on fedora using libinput list-devices). touchpad on void linux is not detected and cursor does not appear. while on fedora linux and manjaro it is detected. I don't know where the problem is, maybe there is a missing kernel configuration.

Steps to reproduce

  1. install void linux.

libinput on fedora linux.

$ libinput list-devices
