Those got closed due general lack of testing.

Some packages like gnome-remote-desktop and xdg-desktop-gnome must be updated alongside mutter and gnome-shell. Packages like gtk, tracker/localsearch, gnome apps/games, evolution, etc can usually be updated separately.
