Gnome Online Accounts is not compatible with cinnamon-control-center anymore and was moved to gnome-online-accounts-gtk. Dunno if we need to build this explicitly or if it gets included in cinnamon automatically. See here: https://github.com/linuxmint/cinnamon/commit/d22f889c376734f0ca5d904885c2772e790fbadc Maybe you can get more info out of it :) gl out there!
