Fix error when running stack

without ncurses-libtinfo-libs I get the error below at any invocation:

No setup information found for ghc-9.0.2 on your platform. This probably means a GHC bindist has not yet been added for OS key 'linux64-ncurses6'.

Testing the changes

• I tested the changes in this PR: NO, and I feel a bit sorry, but I am not practical with void packages
• anyway it is a runtime issue that was solved installing the missing library

This shouldn't be a stack dependency, sorry.

We don't officially support running binary ghc releases.
