Include void-docs package in live images.

Live images should:

• include the void-docs package
• potentially include the void-docs-browse package as well
• have a note in motd about accessing void-docs

This can be a big help for people performing offline installs, and as general added documentation.

I'm opening this issue to track it, I can try to get the changes going later.
