Progress Bar + Estimate time for the GUI Interface (GPU & CPU)

There is no % indication for the progress when pressing: "INFER" on the GUI

At the moment, using the Interface GUI via: "svcg" to start generating the result based on the "Input Audio Path" there is no progress bar on the GUI and CONSOLE.

For example: When using CPU or GPU with longer audio files which may take longer to process, at the moment there is no "clear" way to know what is the current percentage until it will be finished.

SOLUTION:

1 - Progress Bar: It will be very helpful to show a progress bar from 0% to 100% on the GUI interface, and also in the Console of course.

2 - Estimated Time: This is optional, it could be helpful to show Estimate time until finish and also showing how long it runs from the moment pressing the "Infer" button on the GUI.
