Update to newer livekit + Debian

  • livekit scripts rebased
  • Now supports overlayfs (in addition to aufs)
  • Updated Kamailio to 5.6.1
  • Updated RTPengine to 10.5.1.3
  • Rebased from Debian stretch -> Debian bookworm

**** Had to remove prebuilt ISO .sb and .img due to GitHub 100MB size limit ****

In my local branch I had made a few changes that I made sure to revert:

  • Original used ash for scripts and bash for interactive. I replaced both with mksh
  • Original used openssh-server for sshd, while I used dropbear to reduce RAM usage
  • I have no use for telegraf, nagios, or liagent

TODO

  • Remove binary rtpengine / kamailio packages and provide a script that gets called from build_root.sh to download then instead
  • Remove binary busybox and use a script to pull it out of the Debian busybox-static .i386.deb (which is where I got it)
