Widget and Extension click does not work in app

Clicking on the "Statistics and logging Extension" or "Widget Extension" options in CPU Tuner app settings, nothing happens.

Likewise, when trying to install the Widget from the launcher Homescreen it says "The Widget cannot be added since the widget extension is not installed". When I select "Get it...." it just takes me to the screen mentioned in previous paragraph and nothing happens.

Tried searching the Play Store for them separately, but they aren't appearing. I spent an hour or so searching for an external download for these.

My phone: Nexus 5, Chroma ROM (from 12/10/2015), ElementalX kernel (3.4.0-ElementalX-N5-6.07)

I'd love to know where I can find them. More interested in the Statistics than the Widget. But I figure you'd probably like to know they're not working so that you can help everyone get them rather than just send out individual responses for APKs.

PS. Already bought you a beer ... along with good review on Play Store and a link to my friends on Facebook. Not having the extensions is not a big deal for my recommendations, but I would like to see more information about the logs if possible.
