A tool to work with any format for annotating vocalizations
analogous to `'generic-seq'` to represent multiple annotations per file I guess we will need to use something like .json? Or could it just be a .csv? My first thought was...

in some cases it might be useful to have the "raw" annotations in whatever way they were loaded, e.g. a `dict` or some other data structure besides the `attrs` attributes...
