add deepsqueak annotation format

docs say it exports both .mat and .xlsx files https://documentation.help/DeepSqueak/documentation.pdf I think the .xlsx only has onset / offset -- not clear if the bounding box is in the .mat file?

Apparently there is now a table format although I can't find docs for it https://github.com/DrCoffey/DeepSqueak/issues/192#issuecomment-1499180882
