Add enhanced search with filters (was: Filter search results by conference)

There should be an enhanced search with search filters like: speakers, conference, language, subtitles, etc. Here is a shitty design mockup I made:

It would probably best to consolidate this request with #443. Voctoweb needs a filtered search function. While we are at we might as well add filtering options for languages and translations, as well as searching for persons (, which at the moment is only possible through fuzzy search across all fields).

Ah, so you can just add the name of the conference into the search? That doesn't seem to work. ( https://media.ccc.de/search/?q=Closing+ceremony+36c3 should show https://media.ccc.de/v/36c3-11224-closing_ceremony_de but doesn't )

Another interesting filter would be the conference track from the schedule. I also recall speakers often mentioning 'this is a foundations talk', however this information doesn't seem to be an actual category.
