Filter for subtitled videos

Thank you so much for integrating subtitles directly into the player and providing a download button! Especially for people hard of hearing this is a great usability improvement!

I would like to request a view, where you can filter all talks of a conference by subtitles. So its easier to get an overview over the talks containing subtitles. Thanks again!

Please provide a design mockup, how such an UI component could be integrated.

I added an design mockup in #444 that also includes the filtering for subtitled videos.
