Import old Recordings

A script should scan the CDN (ie by reading http://cdn.media.ccc.de/INDEX) and compare it to the Public API. Some files are not relevant (README.txt, md5sums, papers, …) but with careful filtering maybe a list of files could be derived, that could later be added to the media-frontend via the Releasing-API.
