DiVOC Hidden Service + PTT: Fix layout for long title and subtitle

The generated intros for DiVOC hidden service (first DiVOC) had many issues with the long subtitles.

DiVOC PTT had just one broken intro, but I didn't like the tight spacing between title and speakers, so I change that as well.

This PR already incorporates the changes of PR #44.
