关闭“系统标题栏”后窗口默认矮一截

Describe the bug 关闭“系统标题栏”选项后，左或右对齐后关闭窗口再打开，Vnote窗口会矮一截，需要再次win+↔对齐

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. 关闭“系统标题栏”
2. win+↔，左\右对齐窗口
3. 关闭Vnote
4. 再次打开Vnote
