Display hyperlinks on search/upgrade table result

For terminals that support OSC 8,-VTE%20and%20iTerm2), display a hyperlink to the AUR webpage for users to quickly browser package detail, latest comments, etc..

This PR also switches the table format implmentation from prettytable-rs to cli-table. The former hasn't been actively maintained. Most importantly, it cannot align cells with ANSI escapes properly( this problem always exists, so does it currenly with the bolded search text. Now with a url string attached. this problem gets even more obvious so I switch the implmentation).
