Support VMware Cloud Director with no AWS provider

I have other VMware Cloud Director provider I think that API from standalone VMware Cloud Director is similar with AWS version

Added support VMware Cloud Director with address, organization, login, password fields.

Describe alternatives you've considered

I use python vcd-cli plugin, but it show bad-to-parse answers.
